We bought an above ground Radiant Metric Series pool from Blue Lagoon, and Breanna and the Blue Lagoon team have done an excellent job! Marcus Jasa and his crew (excavation/landscaping) are outstanding, and the pool is up and running smoothly way ahead of schedule. From the time we went in to the office the staff has been so easy to work with. They make themselves accessible for the duration of the project and are patient with newbie customers asking lots and lots of questions. Marcus and his crew onsite had excellent customer service and were available for any call or question, any time. Their communication was outstanding and our project was completed within a week. We would recommend Blue Lagoon to any customers wanting a permanent pool experience, and especially Marcus Jasa for any landscaping or excavating needs.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience at the place we recently purchased our spa from and had NO idea how to get our chemicals set up correctly. We came to Blue Lagoon for help (even tho we had purchased the spa at another location) and the girls there were AMAZING and so helpful. They taught us what we needed to know to do routine maintenance and gave us step by step instruction on how to correct our water. We are so thankful for their amazing customer service and will be using them for all our future spa needs! 10/10

Purchased my spa from Jeff @ Blue Lagoon a couple years ago. He was very informative and responsive during the buying process without being pushy at all. Prices were fair. Highly recommend this place if you are in the market for a spa.

I have been back to the store on occasion (including today) to get my water tested and come up with a water treatment plan (always free of charge). Service is always prompt and friendly by the knowledgeable staff. Occasionally I purchase chemicals from the store when I stop by and have been pleasantly shocked that they are very reasonably priced.

We just had our pool installed at the end of 2016. So last summer we were "newbies" to the pool world. I have heard stories of having to be a chemist when it comes to getting your water right. Blue Lagoon made it so easy for us! Never had a green pool :) They are knowledgeable and very helpful!! Its great to have this kind of service!!

Having owned several spas in different states, I can confidently say the team at Blue Lagoon is phenomenal to work with. They were there to help me from day one spec'ing out my new spa location, to ordering the spa exactly as desired, to install/setup and post install support. They have been super helpful with post purchase support even staying late one night to make sure I was taken care of since I live far away. Top notch customer service. Definitely recommend! Purchased our Caldera hot tub from Jeff in Coralville, IA in December 2015. Very pleasant experience. Wasn't planning on buying one that day, but Jeff sold us with his knowledge. We did our research and thought we knew what brand we were going to purchase...but after sitting in several that day changed our mind. The two gentlemen that delivered and did the setup were great. Stephanie, from the Cedar Rapids office, came over the next day to go over instructions. She was also very knowledgeable on the hot tubs. There was some maintenance to learn but not that hard. Of course she was correct when she said you'll be calling..... Everyone does... No matter what time we called her she always responded in a timely manner. We are very happy with our purchase and would recommend the Blue Lagoon Pool and Spa to everyone.
