Overall

My husband broke down in Iowa City towing a cargo trailer. Tires blown, hubs sheared off, rims cracked. Our friend here in Indiana called this company and the owner came and sent out his mechanics to fix. Will be forever grateful to these people.

Apparently Brockenstedt excavating truck drivers are not required to follow the laws about tarping their loads on the interstate. Rock and dust flying out hitting windshields and chipping paint

I had to find out our sidewalk was broken myself the day after they installed our outside drain cleanout; it is obvious they had driven over it with the excavator as the tracks lead right up to the crushed section. I saw who I assume is one of their guys come look at it for two seconds and then leave immediately so they know it's broken. But now, they refuse to answer our calls or emails.
