The patio was done in a timely matter but not even two months after completion it already has superficial cracks in it which is very disappointing. The patio was also over 6 inches taller than expected which caused us to have at least a foot step down to the yard from the patio.

The stairs project couldn’t have turned out better. They were the 3rd one to give an estimate, and I could tell right away Delaney was going to be perfect for this job, just by the things our estimator was noticing on that first visit. They were very easy to deal with and very professional. And priced better than the others because they didn’t have to rent equipment. We’re very happy with the new stairs.

This was one of the best experiences we've had with a contractor! We had a slab put in for our shed and they offered the best price. They started when they said they would and finished the same day! The slab looks great and they were so polite and professional! They stuck to the estimate they gave us and didn't up the cost at the last minute, like some do.
