I am glad others have had good service at Adv Mlwrk. I, unfortunately did not. Ordered a replacement sash for a window October of 2020. Called them after 8 months, this was the second call, still no replacement. They said these things sometimes take a while, mind you, this is before the supply issues we've had this last year plus. I'm replacing the siding on my house now, called them again. They didn't even have me in their books anymore. Called the office 3 more times. Sent Troy a text with the photo of the sticker off the window for identification. Still nothing done. We played phone tag for a month. The last message I left at the office to give to Troy, he called back and said he'd be glad to help me as if he didn't even know who I was. I suspect a one window order isn't as important as a whole house to be built. I give people and businesses a pass or two. But this was ridiculous. Very disappointed. Now trying to source the window elsewhere.

I use Advance Millwork for trim and doors on many projects. Troy is always professional and honest. He takes my calls even outside of office hours. When I have had problems with products he always is on top of finding a solution. He works well with clients by listening to the needs of our joint clients to ensure they achieve the look they are hoping for. Thanks Troy!

Had 4 new exterior doors installed when we added on. All the doors are junk. Had to replace them after 6 years. Buyer beware! Too bad I had to give them a star to post this review. So not worth it.

Not a bad place to work if your not looking to make it a career as there is no hope for retirement hours were good but pay was low no 401k and profit sharing is a joke biggest plus was no weekends and owners Gordon Glasgow is a super nice guy and down to earth and Susan Glasgow is a very intelligent lady
