Was happy with the service at first they were easy to work with while setting up the rental.I picked up the equipment with a half tank of gas and went home and tried to use it. It didnt work at all for what I was doing. Not a big deal and not their fault the equipment just wasnt big enough for the job I had. So I'm out $250 oh well. So I fill the tank up to the fill line as indicated on the contract and wash it all down. I take it back the next day and returned it. Later that day I get an alert they charged me $12 so I call and they say that was for 2 gallons of gas. A blatant lie. The tank was only a 4 gallon tank and was full when I dropped it off. So I explain this and they say no problem we will remove the charge. So I wait a week and check and they haven't removed the charge. So I call again and talk to a different guy who I assume is the manager. He apologizes and says he will get it taken care of. Fine no big deal. So here we are 5 days later and still no refund. Obviously $12 isnt the problem here. I dont like being scammed and lied to. I will be disputing the charge with the credit card company tommorrow. I have alot more equipment to rent as I am building an entire house and shop. But it definitely wont be from these guys now. Luckily there are plenty of other rental places in the area just too bad because they're close to my work.
