The techs (Albert) are really great to deal with however, the customer service is yet to be desired in the office. They was one EXTREMELY rude lady in the front office. Another told me I needed to call back a month from now to schedule an appointment for a problem that I have right now. I understand understaffing but again, why isn't customer service a priority? They have been very difficult to work with.

Great employees. The only issue is they are only available in my area on Mondays.

We live in an apartment building that uses Aable Pest Control 6 times a year per unit. In the 3 years we have been here there has always been issues with the crew sent out. The supervisor got into a verbal fight with my husband one time and I called and spoke with the owner Mike. He did nothing about it. He doesn't care about his customers all he cares about is the money. We are moving out of this apartment building and once we get our own place we will never use Aable Pest Control in our own home. They are the worse company in Waterloo. Just today they were back for their 6th time this year and gave attitude again. This whole year they haven't brought the dog with them. Today they came through our unit and before leaving our unit the one guy said they were bring the dog in. We have 2 cats and they expect us to lock them up in their own home. When they tried to come back we said no they couldn't come in. We have 10 units on our floor and we did not hear them go into every unit. They were just going to select units. We asked the guy when he came in the first time if he saw anything and he said no but that he didn't look all that well. How is that our fault and why should we have to punish our pets for their incapable employees?? WORSE COMPANY EVER.

Aable was very helpful. We had a bed bug outbreak at a relatives' home. It was at the edge of their service area (maybe even beyond) and they were great.

Professional staff on site for treatment, over the phone could be better. They do great work, very efficient!! Honest pricing!

Used them for years, but in the last couple of years, their scheduling person has been very difficult to deal with. She's very disrespectful and completely unreasonable. We tried to get along with her but had to draw the line when we tried to get her to change an appointment to a time that we could be home and have the inside serviced, but she refused to change the time saying we had already had that done when we hadnt. She spoke louder to talk over me and interrupted when I was trying to explain and then accused me of raising my voice. My husband had quite a hard time with her the last time we had an appt as well. Also, at one time in the last year they put charges for services on my credit card without my permission. So we have to move on.

friendly but the man who came to inspect my apartment looked for 2 seconds found 1 bed bug and didnt even do anything with it. just left it there and then told to figure out with our landlord who will pay and to call them. very disappointed
