Between an issue with my air conditioner and a disappointing phone call with the warranty company, I was feeling overwhelmed and stressed about the whole thing. Jordan was very patient and advocated for me with the warranty company. I appreciate that they took the extra time to try to help make the situation easier for me.

I had a new unit installed about 3 years ago and have had issues with the unit/install ever since. Every spring, I’ve had to have it looked at because it wasn’t working. I was told it was leaking coolant, but they can’t find the leak. Keep in mind that they were the ones to install the unit, but they couldn’t solve their own problem. I was convinced I got a lemon of a unit, but the company refused to take responsibility for the unit and labor. I finally cut my losses this year and switched HVAC companies because of my 0/10 experience. It’s a shame; they kept avoiding the responsibility for the issues that ensued after they installed the new unit, and they kept sending me to my home warranty company. The home warranty company said it was either a manufacturer or install issue, so nobody was taking any fault, leaving my chasing my own tail to get my NEW AC to work every season. These issues have cost me a lot of time, money, and stress knowing that I can’t trust that my house will be cool in the summer. I’ve given Advanced Air ample time to fix the issues but because of their inaction and failure to take responsibility, I finally had to switch companies. The difference in competency is night and day. The new company came yesterday and had the unit working WITHIN AN HOUR. He even took a picture as a “what not to do example”, and remarked that the prior work that was done was sloppy and wrong.

Rob & John were very professional. They were very efficient & Advanced Air Mechanical’s pricing was very competitive & the units (Goodman Equipment) were high quality. It has been & currently is a pleasure working with them.

Had a great experience with Advanced Air Mechanical, and more specifically my Technician Rob. Did great and quick work. And explained the process along the way. Came out for an A/C Tune up and was able to quickly troubleshoot and fix the issue by sound alone. Would give them 6 stars if I could!

Rob from Advanced Air is a standout professional, very knowledgeable, friendly and great customer service. I was able to book day-of service call and Rob showed up within hours of booking, he fixed my heating issue within 30mins! I will continue to go to Advanced Air for all my heating & cooling needs they are the best in town!!!

I was extremely impressed with how quick Advanced Air was able to get here when the furnace wasn't working and I had relatives from California arriving in a couple hours. My issue was diagnosed quickly and repaired and he answered all my questions about my current unit as its getting up there in years. I really appreciate the time he took to explain my options going forward. Thank you!
