We had a couple guys from Heartland pool & spa look at our pool in Bettendorf today and they found several leaks and patched them. They also worked to find out a solution for another problem and found it when another company couldn't. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail was greatly appreciated! I will definitely be recommending them to anyone that needs work done on their pool! Thanks again!

The crew at Heartland is 5 star all the way. Had a cloudy water issue with my pool - I ran water down and they immediately tested and recommended the necessary fixes. Prices are absolutely in line with everything I’ve seen elsewhere. They took the time to explain possible reasons for my pool imbalance and didn’t push anything on me that wasn’t needed to get my issue corrected. I would highly recommend Heartland.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Wife went to have our water tested (water was cloudy). Was told our chlorine was at 0 (it tested just fine a day before) and pushed $120 of chemicals onto her. Spiked our chlorine and who knows what else. Went back to discuss and the first guy admitted they were concerned about the tests as several came in at zero chlorine. Then another guy comes over and was adamant it was correct and I didn’t know what I was talking about. Droppin f-bombs left and right. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!

I contacted "Kelly built Pools"in a panic as my pool closer never showed up. Taylor was wonderful and put me on the scheduled for the next closing in my area. The workers came out promptly even thought it rained all day. Chad and Tim were great, professional and all around nice guys. They did a great job. I look forward to working with them in the future. I would recommend them for sure. I feel I got lucky to find them.

Our pool was built in 2021 by a different builder who had a lack of organization, professionalism, and poor communication practices, so I was on the hunt for a new company to service our pool in 2022. After hearing great things about Kelly Builds Pools, I gave them a call and from my initial correspondence with Taylor, I knew this was the company for me.

Jim and Juan came out for a 2-hour pool school with us since our builders pool school wasn’t enough detail to teach us anything and we learned SO much about our set up and how to care for it. They also found several things that weren’t done correctly during the initial build and fixed them during our pool school. I am a very detailed person who asks a lot of questions, and they were so patient to answer them and ensure I understood and felt confident.

We decided to hire them for bi-weekly chemical checks and pool cleanings. Jim always texts on his way, communicates what our chemical levels are, and what chemicals he adds. I can’t say enough good things about this company and how great they are to work with. They truly care about their customers and have our best interest in mind, unlike most other pool companies in the area. Highly recommend! Thanks for taking care of our pool in 2022…we look forward to 2023!
