Had gutters put on our new home. They leaked and Corey has never fixed the problem His solution was some caulking and they continue to leak. Had a large portion of our metal ceiling fall down and he was going to charge us to fix it. When we had another professional look at it he said that it was never installed properly. I paid this person in full and he doesn't stand behind his work.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever! He gave us a bid and told us it'd be a cpl weeks before he'd have our siding in and then it would only take a day to replace the backside of our house where hail damage was. A month later I called and asked when we'd see him since he was supposed to show up a week before. He told me he was busy but would be here by the end of the month (2weeks more). End of the month and still nothing.
I texted him and asked when he'd come. He said he just got our siding in and we'd be about 3 weeks out. So we waited and still nothing. I texted him again and he said he would be out in another 2 weeks. Finally my husband called and asked him what the hell was going on. It had been 3 months!!
Corey admitted that he had never even ordered our siding and that it would be a few more months before he'd work on it because the contractors come first and home repairs are just not on his priority list. Then why did he bother with wasting our time and lying???

Huge bummer. Flaked on us 5 times when they were supposed to come and get work moving forward. Strung us along for months getting us to believe that they would come around to it. It would have been more bearable if they were willing to reach out when they weren't able to make it (that's called honesty and accountability). Instead, they weren't in communication. We had to track them down every time, just to listen to their excuse of why they flaked again.They just wouldn't show up. Integrity was unfortunately in question time and time again. Great people, want the best for them. Get integrity in check and your lives will be a lot more content. Just be honest and if you can't take on a project, just say no instead of leading them on.
