Bath Planet did an excellent job from start to finish. The work was started on time and finished on time. Communications during the time were great. An old tub was replaced as well as flooring and all the finishing touches. Ramon and Mike were excellent. I am really happy with the results. I would recommend Planet Bath any time.

I would recommend the entire team at Bath Planet. Bob is very knowledgeable and explains everything very well. We had to have an outside company do the demo (asbestos) which made it a little more complicated but process went well. Our installers were very professional and excellent at communicating. We just had a new shower installed by Bath Planet. Our old shower had a slow leak causing lots of damage. Bob at Bath Planet recommended a great company to remove all damage and replace flooring before new shower could be installed. Bath Planet was nice to work with, helpful! My husband is disabled and we needed a walk in shower. We had Apple Plumbing come out and install a whole home soft water system previously. They recommend Bath Planet. Fred came out and presented their products. He let us take our time looking through their large assortment of styles and options. There was no sales pressure whatsoever. We decided to go with them and picked out what we liked. They gave us an install date which they kept. Mike and Sam came out. They spread tarps from the front door to the bathroom to protect our floors. Their work was done very professionally. They worked around my husband's therapists with great courtesy. Mike and Sam were very pleasant to have around. When the job was complete they cleaned the bathroom. We would highly recommend Bath Planet and Apple Plumbing for any needs.

We had a tub to walk in shower conversion. Our experience with Apple Plumbing/Bath Planet was great. The estimator - Jon, was professional and knowledgeable. He listened to our needs and gave good advice. He allowed us time to consider and was available for questions. The owner, Bob, also came by after the contract was signed to check over the project and gave good advice. Because this was a health need, the company graciously worked hard to get the project done quickly. The contract was signed on 8/14/2018 and the conversion was done on 9/4-9/5. The installer, Clay, and the plumber, Jake, arrived promptly at 8 a.m. on the start date and were efficient, considerate of cleanliness, and very competent. They worked hard to meet all our needs and to get the project done quickly and professionally. Their work was not inexpensive, but you definitely got what you paid for. We are confident that the follow-up and willingness to satisfy will continue if we have any questions or concerns. We would also mention that the office staff was also very friendly and helpful. Bob Haycock was one of the first contractors that I called when I decided to remodel my house. I was looking for a low maintenance, high quality bathtub to replace the massive, cold tubs that had been in place in my home since the early 1980's. Bob starts his work by educating you on materials. There are an amazing number of options and he worked with me to ensure that he understood my priorities (easy to clean), polished look that won't peel, etc. We agreed in short order for both bathtub replacements and he literally scheduled the first install the following week. I was amazed how Bob, unlike most other contractors I've worked with, gave me a schedule and actually stuck to it! He and his team also did a phenomenal job of follow up. I had a very specific edge that Bob and his installers knew would need a very appropriate type of acrylic piece. They told me that they'd prefer to use that so that I get a better product... so I agreed. Little did I know that they were not charging me for the part or the labor when they came back in to install it! I later had another request to install a hotel-like shower laundry line and again, no problem! They sent someone out that week to do that install free of charge! Bath Planet and Apple Plumbing knows how to keep their customer's satisfied and worry free!

We hired Bath Planet to replace an old fiberglass tub/shower combination in our rental property with a new, large, walk-in shower.

The results were nothing short of amazing. Not only did Bob explain the process to us from start to finish, he gave us helpful suggestions and listened to our concerns. Bob assisted us in selecting the best color combination, glass for the shower door, type of shower nozzle, and the amount of shelves to have installed.

Once the materials arrived (which was sooner than promised), the installation date was set up. Bob and his crew arrived on time and the job was completed in the time promised. Bath Planet cleaned up so well after the installation you couldn't even tell they had been there.

The project could not have gone smoother. We are so pleased with the results and are very confident that this project has added a great deal to our property value.

On the recommendation of a friend, we contacted Bath Plant of Southern Idaho to have our tub replaced with a new shower. From my initial phone call with Mary Ann to our meeting with the owner, Bob Haycock, we were impressed. He was very professional with no high pressure sale tactics. Josh McDonald did the installation work and he was polite, friendly, and did quality work. The job took a day and a half, followed by a thorough cleaning by a maid service.
