The work was good but I was charged for 3 hours and the tech was on site for a hour and a half. Almost half that time was spent working up a quote for future work which I thought was normally done without charge. I will not be using them in the future.

The first representative that was supposed to be out kept not showing, however once made aware the main office did an amazing job of reaching out and making things right. Deb in the office is so sweet and was very easy to work with. Ian and Erik came out the very next morning and was able to quickly look at what we needed worked on or reviewed for a larger project. I called Doherty Electric yesterday morning and requested an electrician to run 240v from one side of my house to another through my crawlspace so that I could move the location of my dryer. Jason called me 2 hours later saying he was 20 minutes away and could fit me in same day. He did a great job and was done within a few hours. I thought it would be much more difficult and lengthy wait to get this done. This is the second time I have used Doherty and have had perfect experiences, so I felt obligated to leave this review.
