After the guys loaded me I was asked paperwork, he said stop at front desk and take it. After I stopped I was asked the paperwork from desk lady, she answered me very brutally and nervously. After that the company emailed the broker and said him I am unprofessional driver. I just followed the loading guys instructions

The guys at H&E Equipment were fantastic. They worked on our sizzor lift , did great work , and all in a timely manner. Everthing went well and the equipment was back on the jobsite without much time lost. These guys are easy to work with and personable.

I don't know who this Brandon guy is. He was disrespectful and never looked up from the computer to acknowledge I was even there. While talking with him he rudely made comments to others in the area. He had consindending attitude toward me. Along with acting as if he had knowledge but, was unable to answer my questions. I asked for the manager and he was not avaulable. Brandon was not interested in telling me when he will be back. Needless to say I went to another company off Targee to rent a machine.
I will absolutely never walk a foot back in this place. It was so uncomfortable. I have been a long time customer and and was disappointed.

After several different Individual repair shops retiring, we decided to try a larger shop for forklift services. We tried 3 or 4 and they would want to charge a fortune for a simple repair and take too long on the repair. After we had work done the repair never lasted. We were always told parts had to be ordered and that seemed to take a long time, once parts were in, then we would have to schedule a service and that would take more time. In our business we can't afford to have a forklift down for too long as they are always in need.
We searched around and found d H&E Equipment and called them. Toni in service was very knowledgeable and very accommodating. They immediately ordered a part and came to pick up our forklift to take back for repair. In the meantime another forklift went down, Toni sent a service person out and he got the parts and repaired the forklift onsite. We were pleasantly surprised when we recieved the bill to see we were charged what we were quoted we would be charged. We will continue to do business with H&E for our foklift repairs and hope they do not retire anytime soon.
A big thank you to Toni and the service department at H & E equipment.
