Just had a safety inspection of our electrical materials in our house from magic team and they did a thorough job. Tyler was friendly and easy to work with. I am going to have some work done on our house by them as well. I would recommend calling perfect plumbing and get a 17.76 dollar inspection done. It’s nice to know you home is a safe home.

Magic Plumbing called first thing in the morning to tell me tech would be at my moms house within 30-45 minutes. He showed up over an hour later. She had 3 blown fuses and an issue with a sink. He completed the job in less than 10 minutes. She was charged $184. She had a $50 coupon BUT that is ridiculous! Would not recommend them. Now, the technician was very kind, fast and efficient! He should be recognized for that!

Mike was great at talking me through what kind of fan to replace my old one with. I would be very glad to have him work on every electrical job I ever have, but the price was much higher than I expected so I didn’t have him do the work after all. But he was wonderfully patient (answering lots of questions, looking at a couple of models online, etc).

Dakota came out to give me a quote to have an EV charger installed in my garage. He was quickly able to give me a quote and explain my options. He was then able to coordinate an electrical service upgrade with Idaho power and fit me into his schedule for later in the week. Dakota was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Called Perfect Plumbing and Heating for their $29 Heater inspection special that they had. They are now apparently bought out by Magic Plumbing and Heating. The tech showed up and was on his phone the whole time with someone talking about another job and not performing the inspection on my furnace. I was told it would take about 30-45 minutes so after 45 minutes go by I tell him that I need to get going and he's not even close to being finished. He gets huffy and then ends up leaving my furnace in non-working order and recommends a replacement. I didn't know my furnace wasn't working until about a week later when I went to turn it on. It wouldn't turn on so I had to call Diamond and pay them $129 to come reconnect the hose from the inducer motor to the pressure switch and also the common side of the electrical wire to the pressure switch that the Magic guy left unplugged. Called the office and the lady said she was going to have a manager call me back to talk about a refund and I've heard nothing. 0 out of 10.

Very professional and knowledgeable. I especially liked the photo and biography of the service tech the company sent before he arrived. Thorough check of my plumbing system was done and options given for improvement were straightforward. No pressure to select which option to go with which I appreciated. Highly recommend! We had a pipe break in our crawl space that we were unaware of for several hours. When we realized what had happened, I called Magic, and very quickly help was on the way. A very kind and skilled plumber, Cory, arrived and helped us figure out what had happened and what needed to be done to fix it. It was too late to get the part we needed to repair the pipe, but Cory was back at our house bright and early and got our water back on. He was so nice and really cared. We are very happy to be members of the Perfect Plumbing family. The monthly service agreement has more than paid for itself. They have taken such good care of us in the past and with this broken pipe.

Today I had an estimate for a backup generator for my home. The gentleman (Mr. J. Miller) showed up early and was very professional, clean, and friendly.
He did the estimate for me while politely listening to me chatter. He was incredibly polite and while I am not one to have people in my home unless absolutely necessary, I felt comfortable with him. One very important factor was that all of my animals liked him and anyone who has had dogs knows that our animals are very good judges of character so upon seeing that they were comfortable, I was as well.
Once he had completed his estimate, and we were conversing, it came out that I had an electrical issue that I had been dealing with for going on a year. He offered to check the breaker and outlet and told me he could fix it if I wanted him to so first he checked my voltage and found out in about 10 seconds that I had an issue and as it turned out he had the time and ability to troubleshoot the issue and fix it.
He came to my home to do an estimate and left having provided me with a wonderful solution to a nightmare scenario for me and all for less than $200.
I cannot say enough how pleased I am with the service provided today.
There are a few simple things I expect when handing over my husband’s hard earned money and that is quality, professionalism, and value and hands down these three expectations were met and exceeded today.
I will be doing business with Magic in the future, of this I have no doubt.
