Overall

Jon was very friendly, knowledgeable and eager to solve my running toilet issue. He promptly detremined the problem, explained it to me and allowed me to purchase the replacement parts needed at Lowes while he dismantled my tank. He worked efficiently and stopped the running. He also urged me to contact the toilet manufacturer to possibly get some compensation for expenditures.

Our irrigation line needed prompt attention to a underground line that was backing up water, and causing flooding in a residence. The Master Rooter Service from Master Plumbing answered our call and an agreed time and place was acceptable.
The Hydro-Truck arrived early and the Service Technician was able to solve our problem quickly by removing a large root ball.
Frank Gawith was helpful and listened to our concerns, he was a pleasurer to work with. Also the equipment seemed well maintained and worked as prescribed. He was able to clean one segment of our lateral pipe for about 550 feet and also a shorter segment. We will use this company again as we have in the past.

Juan Herrera did an excellent job with septic service. He was early and called ahead to confirm. He was very professional, respectful, and an efficient worker. We are happy with his work and highly recommend Master Plumbing.

Very prompt, professional and courteous. Troy Chase explained every step of the process in detail and answered all our questions. Our septic was not set up properly and he explained what we needed to do. Fortunately the company that installed it made it right. We would 100% us Master Plumbing again for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend.

These guys were awesome! They went by my cabin and took time to do an assessment and didn't even charge me for their time. That's why I gave them the job. Then, they refunded me money on my pump and took care of the warranty - even though they didn't install the pump in the first place. Very satisfied. Will use them again. The plumber was Mike.

I got a referral from ABC Plumbing to call Master to pump and clean out a lift station in my backyard. Anthony notified me that he was on his way and showed up shortly after. We reviewed. the cost for the pump and clean out and then he got to work. The lift station isn't very large so the process went smoothly and quickly. In the end, Anthony ending up charging me an hourly rate and gallons pumped instead of the flat rate, because it saved me a little money! My station isn't as large as what they normally take care of, so it was very considerate of him/the company to acknowledge that and adjust the price accordingly without me even having to ask.

He was friendly, answered all my questions, and was efficient. I would definitely use them again as well as recommend them to anyone in need of their services!
