Richard Sesma and Sam Davis were wonderful! They took their time with me and patiently explained everything. I'm so excited to get American made windows from a family owned company! Thank you for making it affordable and so easy.

Not impressed at all. High pressure sales gimmick. Typically bait and switch. Two "salesman" told me two different stories about how long the quote would be good for. In fact, I didn't even get a written quote. They wouldn't give me one, or even a business card. All they were interested in is me signing a contract.

Went with another company for a 3rd of the price dabella wanted.

In fact, after I was quoted a price, I told the salesman I was not interested. He left and returned 10 minutes later with a different price. Reminded me of a car salesman.

Looking at other reviews....people, please shop around. Don't fall into this high pressure trap.

I am very pleased with Jake and Walker. They were nice, courteous, friendly and most importantly they were not pushy. They cared about me, my house and my budget. They worked very hard to get me the best price for my windows. Thank you Jake and Walker ?

Run don’t walk away from this company. They sold us windows they can’t even get. I was told we could get black windows both interior/exterior. It’s even on the order form. I would have never agreed to buy windows from them if this was not the case because we already have some newer windows that are fully black. While installing I notice that they are in fact not black on the interior and mention that to the installers. They said that they don’t even make them that way. We called our project manager who said they would figure it out, but they never got back to us and the installers(who are subcontractors) just continued to take out our old windows and install the incorrect windows. Also the bathroom windows were supposed to be double hung, which they are not. The quality of the install is also not great, they didn’t inform us that our windowsill tile would be removed and that an ugly window molding would be framing all the windows. One of the windows you can even feel cold air seeping through around the window. Never heard back, can’t get ahold of anyone. This company is a scam.

Update August 2024:

At every turn they took the opportunity to put the blame on us for their mistakes. They had numerous opportunities to try and make it right but continually dropped the ball every time. Very disorganized, poor communication, and unprofessional. We even received messages with them bad mouthing us to their coworkers. This has lasted so long and I have never been so mad or disappointed in any person/company. They had such a hard time trying to remedy so many large mistakes, I wouldn’t count on them to honor any kind of warranty issue.

Unfortunately my husband was home when they came by and not me, so he set up the presentation. The presentation was typical high pressure sales, etc. Rude and rushed. Anyway, we went in with our highest number and said we wouldn't spend more than $450 per window. Their original quote was more than 4 times that. The usual tactics of "let me call me manager" and "we can do this special deal for only the first house to sign". Their "final price was still more than we were willing to spend, so we gave them what we were and told them to take it or leave it. We'll they took it, and I was okay with it since we were getting them for a reasonable price......until the windows were in. They were too small for the spots they were put in. They weren't secure, wobbled, very low quality and poor work installing. We called several times, and my husband even went into their office, and despite someone coming out and saying "yeah they shouldn't do that" and sending them a video, nothing was ever done. It has been over a year, broken promise after broken promise of fixing them. Such a disappointment and we will not be using them for any other work.
