Called about getting my sliding glass door rollers , the gentleman on the phone told me to take the door off and bring it in. If I could, or knew how, I could probably fix it myself. Thanks for your help!!

I utilized Atkinson's services, for a replacement screen . I took my old damaged screen in and they utilized it for measurements. Several days later I received a call, my screen was ready to pick up
BUT,When my son in law came to put the new screen in..IT DIDNT FIT..I CALLED AND RETURNED THE SCREEN ..
SADLY, HERES where it gets NOT GOOD..When I arrived with the
new? screen..3 different men basically TOLD me they didn't make that screen..due to a sticker ? On it? AND, a ridge on frame?..
YES, ATKINSON'S SENT ME HOME WITH THAT NEW? SCREEN..?
ONLY ,to say When I returned
it.. they CLAIMED, they didn't make it..and I must have mixed it up with another of my screens...lol..
NO, I DIDNT MIX IT UP.
I PAID FOR A REPLACEMENT SCREEN..using my original frame for measurements ATKINSON'S GAVE ME THE SCREEN and I PAID..for a screen non usable.YET, they got thier money.
IN MY OPINION?, Atkinson's gave me someone else's sample brought in ,because? it measured the same as my damaged one I took in.
SO? I paid for a screen and didn't get one that works.. because it wasnt made? It was something else?
SADLY, WHILE I WAS IN YOUR OFFICE..I NEVER in my life dealt with 3 men..who tried to make thier customer appear?to be an untruthful liar.I GOT THE SCREEN FROM YOU.
BUT, SADLY with NO fix ..just sad
your company gives other samples? as a finished product..
knowing what you did...NOT GOOD BUSINESS ..

Once again the counter staff was not only rude but this time actually insulting. You really need to train your people in customer service. As a business owner I am appalled at how I was treated from the moment I walked in.

Bad experience from start to finish. Charged an insane amount to come out and board up a window. Was told I had to pay half of the cost up front and the second half when the glass arrived and was installed. When the technician came out he installed glass which was broken and told us he’d have to reorder and come back out. After doing so they claim they attempted to process payment for the second half and it didn’t go through. We have proof that all but $70.04 were pulled from the bank account. However we continued to be harassed and told they had not received any money from us for about 3 days. I refused to pay again especially when I had proof that all I owed was $70 and they were trying to charge me almost $400 again. Unprofessional and overpriced for low quality work.

Atkinson's came to my home and laser measured where our new glass will sit on our desks. We wanted to protect our wood tops of our desks.

They worked fast and they are very efficient. It did not take long at all and the installers were scheduling to arrive and install. The installers were clean and wore face masks and were quick about their work. All in all, Amazing job through every step. We will use them again when we need custom glass.
