Our installer Zeb was such a hard worker. He worked for 10 hrs straight and finished job in 1 day. We are very pleased with install and our new walk in shower is amazing.

Started job around 8:00 and completed before 4:00. Great job! Worker was excellent! However, not happy with the quality of the shower door and fixtures. For cost over $12,000 I expected the quality to be a lot better. I recommend making sure the products you will be getting are what you are expecting.

The sales portion wasn’t great. We wanted the shower walls to go all the way to the ceiling. The salesman sold us a shower that pattern that didn’t do that. Had to reschedule the installation. We were offered $250 off for our troubles. Wasn’t great.
The installer, Devin was awesome. I’d give him 5 stars. Polite, punctual, efficient, friendly. Did a great job.
Sales and pre installation portions aside, I’m very happy with the final product.

We tried to install our own shower/tub combo and quickly realized that we couldn’t do this job. We had a great experience with our sales consultant Jorge. He wasn’t pushy and gave us time to consider Bath Fitter. Once we decided, it was a quick process. Our installer Devon was very nice, respectful, and communicated well. He was very qualified and went above and beyond with the plumbing in our older house. It was a hefty price tag but well worth it.

We had to have A custom fitted bathtub, because the space that we had our old tub was much larger than tubs many places generally carry. We got four different quotes for this project, and everyone had a different idea of what to do with the space to fill. And we were very happy with the Bath Fitter idea of placing a shelf/bench behind our bathtub. It will be perfect for placing shampoo and conditioner and soap.
Not only Were we happy with their idea of the bench instead of a wall, but they are also reasonably priced in comparison to a lot of other companies!
As far as the installation goes, I can’t say anything but good we were so impressed with Eric, who installed our Bathtub and surround! He was in and out in one day! He was also very professional! We went about our day as normal and it was so nice! Our result is beautiful and I love that this is a seamless product! We had tile walls With our old tub And the cleaning is so obnoxious with that! I’m very excited to have a seamless wall where mold can’t get stuck in the grout And I don’t have to individually scrub between tiles.
We are very happy with our product, and we would definitely recommend bathfitter!!

Eric was the plumber that installed my shower.
He was courteous and professional
He left the area he worked in clean, he also laid protection on the flooring.
Eric explained what he was doing before installing and after the installation to insure I knew what he had done and how everything worked. He asked me if I had any questions and took time to answer.
Eric is a hard worker and seemed to be very knowledgeable about how to install the bath fitters products and fixtures.
I would recommend Bath Fitters for anyone who wants to upgrade their bathroom.
