He was efficient, thorough, addressed my questions, and communicated all the parts I would need to finish the jobs at hand. I appreciated not only the knowledge & competency, but the professional and personal service I received from Jacob snd Ciro today. It was unfortunate that the builder didn’t install & correctly educate me on the mechanics of my beautiful Pella door, but now that it is fixed to smoothly open & I know how to maintain & manage the locking mechanism, I have a new appreciation for this door beyond it’s aesthetic, and only wish that Pella installed their products versus the home builders. The fact that they provide an excellent warranty & service even if the warranty claim is due to install & not the product itself, is remarkable & why I have no reservations recommending Pella.

Made a delivery of some doors and windows there a couple weeks ago thought I had lost the comment card so posting now. Richard, Pedro and José were the ones that unloaded me. Not only were they dressed professionally and looked professional but their whole demeanor was professional as well, which is very hard to find these days. They were very courteous and prompt when they greeted me, directed me as to what door to back in and even brought me my paperwork when my trailer was empty. They were very speedy at getting me unloaded. As soon as my trailer bumped the dock they went to work and had me ready to go in less than an hour. It's gentlemen like that that help us truckers be more efficient and stay on schedule by being efficient themselves. Keep those guys around
