Shaun Miller from Dodd Roofing came by my house & talked to me about the visible damage of my roof. He was not the first to do so. I told him I would think about it as I am retired & on a limited income. He came back about a week later & we talked more. His straight down to earth attitude got me to let him closely inspect the roof. Found there was a lot more wind damage & it was badly in need of repair. He thought my home insurance company could help with this. He helped me put in a claim to get inspected by a insurance claim inspector.
A Dodd Roofing Project Manager met the insurance claim inspector & they walked the roof together & both determined
that the roof was too far damaged & needed replacement. Shaun got with me to determine what color & what extras I would want & got me in their schedule. On the day of replacement Dodd Roofing folks arrived early to set up screens & tarps to protect all around my house. When the 10 person roof crew arrived everything kicked into high gear. Was quite a show watching everything. The Dodd Roofing Project Manager kept me informed on what was going on & what they are finding & repairing. Was very impressed by the Project Manager taking photos all through the entire repair operation. They were all done & cleaned up by 3:00pm.

I am really impressed with the quality of the work performed at each stage of my roof installation. Fernando, "aka Big Fern", made sure that I knew what to expect through the entire process. This made interactions with other team members and insurance reps smooth and held no sudden surprises. The project was done entirely on the day it was scheduled, in sheer spite of the two feet of snow on my roof (!), and uphill both ways (lol). They spent extra time ensuring that clean-up was thorough, so I had few concerns for my animals afterwards. I highly recommend Dodd Roofing. Great team effort and customer service.
