I reached out for a quote and they said they would send someone out. Nobody knocked on the door or came to do measurements.

The next day I get a text from a representative (Jeff) indicating they couldn’t perform the install since we weren’t willing to remove our siding. We had not indicated that we were unwilling to do this and were confused since nobody had come to visit. Due to the poor communication we decided to not continue with the quote process.

I have used Anything Glass on probably 5-8 projects over the past 8 years or so. They have replaced most of the windows on our house in Nampa. I have had them cut glass in specific sizes for various restoration projects. We even had them custom cut the glass for our shower enclosure and they did a great job. They are prompt, communicative, and helpful. I have always felt like their pricing is fair, and enjoyable to work with. I would recommend them if you need glass for a project or windows for your house.

I called Glass Doctor in Meridian and was not going to pay someone 35$ to come “look” at the door to see if they could fix it. If they could it would go towards the bill, if not, I wasted 35$. Called Anything Glass, within two days it was looked at and I was quoted just under 100$, 20$ for glass and 75$ for install (or, he told me the steps I could do to replace it myself and save 75$ and I could just pick it up from them when it got in). I went ahead and had them order it and said I wanted them to install it too because I believe the work ethic merited this (not to mention, I don’t want to be cleaning up Glass for the next month). On 9/10 I paid a “deposit” to have them order the glass etc for 25$. I was told it could be 1-2 weeks before they could get it done. Got a call earlier today, the guys came by and replaced it within 20 minutes.

I had a great experience with them. I can’t say anything about the person who just reviewed them a couple days ago and couldn’t have them cut a small piece of glass but the piece I had done was smaller than a 12”x12” piece of 1/8” tempered glass. Thanks for getting me taken care of guys! (Randy and the other guys that drove up our big hill)
