Great service! Called and had next day appointment for a non-emergency pipe repair in our crawl space. Justin and Jude were quick, professional and did quality work. Will be keeping contact for future work. Definitely recommend.

Jesse and Josh were fantastic! Came out on an emergency call on the 4th of July weekend! Got our pipe cleared of tree roots and showed us the problem and walked us through how they fixed it the entire time. Highly recommend and will use this company in the future!

A River City Plumbing is an excellent company to have come out to fix your clogged pipes. They answered their phone on a Sunday and Josh called us back within less than an hour to figure out what was going on. They came out to our house and figured out the problem right away and got our pipes unclogged in less than an hour. They were super nice and even gave us some tips to hopefully not have this happen again, but if it does, A River City Plumbing will be the company we call.

Overall

Jason & his crew at River City Did a Fantastic Job. They were able to identify and correct the sump pump issues and this was not a standard circumstance. We had been having pump issues for over 20 years and they corrected the problem by doing a proper install with alarms. Follow was great too!

Amazing customer service! I called Friday morning about a vacant home in CdA that had a kitchen sink leak, and we are closing next week! They immediately were out there to take a look and get it fixed within just an hour of my call to the office. Thank YOU so much for getting this fixed for my seller!

These folks are the people you want! I am so pleased with the fast and quality service that was done today on our water spicket. The service men were so polite and knowledgeable. I had Tom and Justin come out to replace an outdated disposal, and flush out my water heater. They provided service on the day I called, were professional and informative, and completed both tasks promptly and efficiently. This is the second time I’ve contacted A River City Plumbing and was very happy with the service both times. Highly recommend!

I am pleased to share my most recent experience with A River City Plumbing Service. My hot water heater failed on a Friday morning. I called them, explained what happened, and the receptionist was exceptional! She explained that she couldn't give me a time they could come right then but she would call me to let me know as soon as she could schedule a time. She followed through and my new tank was installed by their very caring, professional crew that same day! . I am a repeat customer and I highly recommend this company.

Tim and Justin were EXCELLENT! They were quick, clean and very respectful. I called them out to install a tub and plumbing and they had the job done in 3 hours the next day! They also did an excellent job replacing our water heater. We will definitely call them again. We are so pleased with their work!
