I have worked with a couple different restoration companies in the past and I can honestly say Magic Valley Restoration does it the RIGHT way! They were right on the scene when we needed them, they explained the whole process really well and constantly kept in touch with what was happening. When insurance tried to deny us a couple times John the owner knew just what to do so that we weren’t taken advantage of by the insurance company. He made sure that the bid was done so that our home was restored fully and meticulously. His team of workers were professional and Awesome! Their attention to detail really stood out and they were a pleasure to have in the home. We are very happy customers! Thanks so much Magic Valley Restoration for doing a great job and making sure we were taken care of right! Highly Recommend!

As an employee of this outstanding company I just want to publicly acknowledge the owners, John and Kristie Holman. Talk about a company that cares about their staff this one is #1!!
As an employee you are treated respectfully, as a team player, as a valuable resource to them and above all fairly!!
Plus there is NOT an employer that I have ever worked for that is so good and so generous to their crew as John and Kristie. Always going the extra mile to let you know you are appreciated whether it's compliments or an actual employee day at the company's expense!!! And that doesn't EVER happen with other employers.
The feel in the office and in the field is one of family and the entire crew is exceptional!!!
Plus the concern and care John gives to ALL customers no matter how big or small the job is is exceptional..always top of the line!!!!!
If you want someone outstanding to work for and want to give them your 110% like they give their employees, contact John!!!

My wife and I noticed some water damage underneath our flooring with water in the crawl space. Our homeowners insurance recommended reaching out to MV Restoration as they have worked with them in the past and had nothing but good things to say, and we are sure glad we did.

They were out to our house the next day to assess the situation, and found the issue immediately. The very next week they had a crew out to our house tearing apart everything and fixing our entire bathroom/shower. They worked flawlessly with our insurance and there was very little we had to do on our part. After 2 months we have a healthy brand new bathroom/shower. It looks better than before. The crew they hire were easy to work with.

Communication is the most important thing to me and the project manager Tanner was 10/10 responding to my messages within minutes throughout the 2 month span. Would definitely recommend!

Magic Valley Restoration has been amazing! They showed up within about an hour of my Saturday night flood distress call and immediately began measures to dry things out. Tanner, my project manager, has done a top-notch job of coordinating the various teams, sub-contractors, and supplies, and has kept me in the loop and aware of my options the entire time. Due to serendipitous early availability of my chosen flooring company he was working under a very tight schedule, and he managed a complete restoration ( kitchen, dining and living rooms, pantry, coat closet, and most of hallway) in two months. It all looks as good or better than it did before the flood! Everyone who worked here was courteous, friendly, professional and very accommodating. My insurance underwriter spoke of Magic Valley Restoration in glowing terms and said they are the company he would call in time of need. They are who I would call again also, and I have highly recommended them to my friends and neighbors.

After our fire Magic Valley Restoration was awesome. John was very professional and great to work with. I recommend Magic Valley Restoration to anyone that is looking for a small job to a large Job. Their employees are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.
John and Kristie go above and beyond to provide a 5 star company experience.
John and Kristie have helped us with insurance questions after the job was done and have become a friend for life.
