This review is for Standard Plumbing, but it is specifically for Leanne LaBerg. Recently I was in need of 2 Delta Valve Cartridges for a customer’s leaking bathtub spout. I ordered them from Delta, but they sent the wrong ones. I went to Standard Plumbing and Leanne was helping try to locate the correct valves. We literally spent HOURS trying to find the correct valves. I was scouring the internet, and Leanna was looking into her sources. Most people would have given up, threw their hands in the air and said "I give up, I cannot find the correct valves." BUT NO, NOT LEANN...she went SOOOO over and above, contacting her sources at Delta, researching her inventory, looking through parts catalogs, etc. and finally we were able to located the correct valves.

Standard Plumbing is DEFINITLY my new go to supplier for any plumbing supplies I need...and they should be yours as well.

NOTE TO THE OWNER AND/OR MANAGER: My business is really taking off and soon I will need to hire employees. You should definitely give Leann a pay raise. As once I am at a point where I need to hire employees, I will definitely try and steal Leann away from you...to come to work for me. Employees like her, that go the extra mile (and provide OUTSTANING customer service) are few and far between these days. So, you would be wise to make sure you do what it takes keep her around.

I appreciate the outstanding service at Standard. When I had a plumbing emergency at 4:45 pm, they not only had the mixing cartridge I needed but also waited for me to pick it up. Additionally, when my youngest broke a tub faucet six months earlier, they sourced the part, saving me from replacing the entire faucet. I hope they out perform the national stores like Lowe's and Home Depot. Go support these guys!

I'm so happy for everything Grant helps me find here! It is 1009% better than when it was just my plumbing supplier! Now that it has full range of hardware offerings I rarely go to the blue or orange stores.

Yesterday I got a great deal on an infrared space heater for my man cave in the garage and it works as great as described.

Amazing customer service! I went in with a broken sprayer head for the kitchen faucet I have and they were not only kind, but understanding! I don't know the first thing about sinks or how to replace what was broken. The lovely associate there talked me through the pieces needed under the sink to ensure a good fit as well as what the policy would be to return my item if it didn't fit. I will happily send all of my friends and family to this location!
