We LOVE our hot tub. It is everything we expected and more. But the best part has been the ongoing help and service from Daniel and his colleagues at the Twin Falls location. If you’re thinking of buying elsewhere - don’t. The help the staff at the store can provide while you figure out your hot tub care is well worth buying from them.

Tina in Sales worked with us for quite a few months while we had to get through some electrical issues at our home..she was so understanding and accommodating for our needs and was able to help us get into an amazing tub that worked out great! She provided such high level of compassion for our needs/wants! The team that delivered also provided us great service and were very thorough in helping us understand the ins and outs of owning a hot tub! Daniel was a great salesman. He was able to answer all our questions, and if there was anything in question (we ask a lot of questions) he would use his resources and find out 100% for us. Super personable and easy to talk to and found us the right hot tub. The delivery process was flawless, delivery crew was awesome and were super helpful with answering questions as well. Our spa from Snake River is an excellent, durable product. It has rarely required service over the years -- but when it does, Snake River Pool & Spa has always provided reliable and timely service. Our service call today (Sergio) was professional and quick. Sergio had all necessary parts with him, was able to provide a quote immediately, and then got the repair done quickly. Very professional, well organized business that has earned our loyalty.

Tina at Snake River Pool & Spa is great to work with! We had a couple minor issues with our Hot Springs hot tub, and Tina helped get them resolved. She follows-up regularly to make sure things are going great too. She demonstrates excellent customer service, and we really appreciate her service.
