I was very happy with my new Marvin Windows. Also with the installation team which is just if not more important than the windows you're buying. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I highly recommend.

We ordered windows from Next Door and the whole process went well. The few adjustments and changes that needed to be made were seamlessly done. From sales to installation we were kept informed. When our installer came out he asked about the color trim because it didn't match the house trim and he was right. We changed it immediately. Just imagine, someone who pays attention to detail! Who knew. We're so happy with the windows. And yes, they're on the high side but we have high confidence that we made the right decision on going with Next Door.

Next Door and Window provided the doors I wanted. I contacted them after realizing that Feldco Windows and doors were not the right company to install Provia doors. I had originally signed a contract with Feldco but cancelled at the last minute. Then I found Next Door and Window during an internet search. I contacted them because of the product I wanted to purchase, Provia doors. I sent the salesperson my requirements which I had already chosen on the Provia website. So I never sat with a salesperson and I only got a quote from them. Time was of the essence since the month of August was upon us and the supply chain issues and inflation was raising prices at never before seen speeds. Fast forward to installation day and my doors were delivered by a delivery driver and installed by a single installer, which was surprising. Typically door installations have two people. At any rate, both entry and storm doors were installed within 6 hours. The doors are pricey, but anything worth having is. The only problem was he left a pile of sawdust on my sidewalk that I had to clean up. Also unlike, Pella door installation, Next Door and Window did not use plastic to block off the other rooms to prevent sawdust and debris from contaminating the house. Because of that I can only give 4 stars. Overall great service, installation.

We needed to replace our original windows (60+ years!) and did a lot of research. A lot. We had a list of things that were important - quality product, warranty, reasonable time frame, established company. Next checked all the boxes. I can't say enough about the whole process. We had a *team* - an entire group of people that kept us informed, made sure we knew what to expect, and did everything to make the actual installation perfect. Not just good - perfect! What a great company!
