My furnace broke down on Friday night, so I quickly contacted several HVAC companies immediately. Fortunately, the first technician found a problem, which led me to a decision to replace the whole furnace system. I invited four (big and small, national and local) companies to get the quotes over the weekend and the following Monday. Justin visited my place on Sunday morning, and he was the only person who gave me the fully itemized quote, while others gave me the lump sum values with the machine they would install. Justin was very polite and explained everything without pushing me too hard. Sometimes, I do meet a sales person trying to make me a decision right away, which makes me very uncomfortable. His price was very competitive with the highest quality machine (i.e., American Standard). After spending 8 hours over two days, he finished the installation and later revisited my place to replace the thermostat. He is very approachable and easy to work with. Oh, and he was also the only one who gave me the info on Nicor’s $150 rebate with a high-efficiency furnace installation. He helped me fill out the document. I highly recommend this company to anyone!

Our tech was named Justin. They were polite and experienced. They Left our utility room clean, and cleaned up vacuumed the furnace. They let us know that one test indicated the blower has been working harder than it should.

It has been about a week. The system is working well since the blower motor was replaced!

We were in the process of getting our roof replaced due to a leak. Our roof contractor recommended getting the furnace vent replaced due to a breach in the outer pipe. We contacted Justin and he inspected everything informed us it was only the outer pipe that needed to be replaced. We provided him with our roofing contractor so they could attempt to coordinate the install for a proper replacement. He worked with him and arrived with all the materials needed the day before, on time and replaced what he needed. The next day our roofer arrived already up to speed on what needed to be done on his side for the furnace vent. Justin was honest, gave a great price and did not try to sell us anything we didn't needed. Our furnace vent looks great on our new roof! I highly recommend reaching out to Justin for any HVAC needs.
