Poor quality windows. We built in Dane County, WI, we have been having problems with both air and water leaking from the windows. Warranty has been frustrating to deal with, they either don't show up or when they do show up, they are just "inspecting" and need to reschedule. Again. The windows just feel/look cheap.

Lindsay windows has been giving my wife and I the run around for 9months now. 5x ordering the wrong window which caused our builder to give up working with them leaving us to work with them directly. They finally made a scheduled appt to come out and then don't show up! I called and they said that they had us scheduled for another day. Our Patio Sliding Door has been broken since we moved in November 2022. In January we scheduled a repair between the hours of 10-12pm unfortunately they did not come until 330pm right when I needed to leave to pick my kids of from school causing lots of frustration. By 330 they didn’t have enough time to complete the job. The men that came did not speak English well and couldn’t answer my questions and were unable to tell me what was wrong with the patio window door. This company then sent another person to fix it but wasn’t sure what was broken and asked me what needed done. After banging on the door with a hammer for 10-15minutes my builder actually saw the problem before the Lindsay Profession and pointed it out. It is still not fixed 6M later and I have not had any follow up. If your building a home and looking at windows I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
