Our technician, Timothy was extremely professional and courteous. He was very thorough and neat and took his work very seriously. He is also kind and friendly and…good with dogs. :) I will definitely call Mr. Appliance in the future for other situations, and request Tim!

Totally impressed with their service, especially how quickly they came to our house for the repair. Tim King was very pleasant to deal with, and was very knowledgeable in what was needed and the repair process. Will definitely use this company again.

I had called around to other places in town and there was at least a 2 week wait before someone could come and look at my washing machine. I called Mr. Appliance and they were able to schedule a tech the same day. Tim was great. He was able to identify to problem with my washer, determine what parts were needed to fix my washer. He ordered the parts. The parts arrived quickly (within 2 days) and Tim was back and completed the necessary repairs. Thank you to everyone at Mr. Appliance.

I smelled gas in my dryer, and Mr. Appliance did their best to get a tech out to me the same day. Tim King found the issue and did his due diligence to double check everything before leaving. He was personable, friendly, and professional - highly recommend working with Mr. Appliance.

From the moment I sent email to Mr Appliance they reached back out within 2 hours took my information had someone call set up my appointment right away. The first two gentlemen who came found the problem but parts needed ordered he was back 3 business days later fixed it and even cleaned up water and did not judge what behind my washer looked like. Friendly very informative and I wouod recommend to anyone and will definitely call for appliance needs.

I had an issue with my refrigirator’s water dispenser. It was very easy to setup appointments to Mr. Appliance of Bloomington. All the technicians that visited the house are very knowledgeable and polite. They were able to fixed the issue quickly and the price is reasonable. I highly recommend this company for all your applainces issues ??

I recently had the pleasure of using Mr. Appliance's services to convert my grill to a gas grill and fix my smoker (motor had stopped working). I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience.
The technician was prompt, professional, and highly knowledgeable. They expertly handled the grill conversion, ensuring everything was set up perfectly and safely. Additionally, they quickly diagnosed and repaired the issue with my smoker's motor, restoring it to full functionality.

I was very pleased that Matthew from Mr. Appliance was able to repair my older Bosch dishwasher. It was stuck in rinse mode and I certainly didn't want to replace it. It is now working as always in all the cycles I have run since Matthew serviced it. Matthew was very professional and I appreciate the tips he offered me to hopefully avoid a recurring problem.

I called today (Saturday morning) to make a service appointment because my refrigerator quit working during the night. I also had a dishwasher that wasn’t working and asked for that to be assessed at the same time. The person I spoke with was very friendly and I was pleasantly surprised to get a same day appointment. The technician (Matthew) arrived within an hour of my call. He was very courteous and quickly diagnosed the problems and answered all my questions. A part had to be ordered for the refrigerator, so I can’t write a review yet regarding the repair. The dishwasher could not be repaired due to the needed part being discontinued.
My only complaint is I was charged for two service calls (one at a discounted rate) because two appliances were assessed. It would have been nice to be informed of that when I made the appointment.
Updating now (Tuesday) that repairs have been made:
This has been a very good experience from start to finish. The parts were ordered Monday morning and the repairs were completed Tuesday afternoon. The original service call charge from Saturday was deducted from the bill and there was no service call fee for the repair visit. Matthew made the repairs and was on time, efficient, and very polite. He once again answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
I highly recommend this company.
