We first worked with Fence Solutions in 2021 when we purchased a new home. We had a couple of other estimates and almost booked another company, but they were highly recommended by a neighbor so we gave them a call. They came out the next day to measure and give us a quote. I don't remember if they were the lowest option but it was close. However they told us they'd install the fence within days of getting our permit where other companies told us it would be 3-4 months. Remember, this was 2021 when EVERYONE had supply chain issues. It seemed to good to be true but figured we'd give it a shot, and no kidding, we had our new fence 2 days after our permit was approved. The team was very responsive, the crew was on time both days, and the finished product was a beautiful 6 foot privacy fence.

Fast forward to 2024, we moved to a home that had a 30 year old fence, and about 1/3 of the fence had fallen down. I gave Mark a call and asked if they worked in our new town and he said he'd meet me the day after we closed. He came out, took some measurements, and gave me quotes for a few different options the next day. We had such a good experience with them the first time so I didn't bother calling anyone else. We had a custom design, price seemed reasonable, and once again they said they'd install within a week of getting our permit. We were scheduled for a Monday install but they called the Thursday before and said if we were ready and available they'd come out the next day. When's the last time a contractor did anything early?!?!? The team came out Friday afternoon to take down the old fence and install posts. They said they'd be out the next morning to finish up, and again they showed up early. The crew did a great job, left the yard cleaner than it was when they started (the previous owner left a lot of debris), and the finished product looks great.

We had our fence installed this week and the entire experience was wonderful! Eric Ortiz, our salesman, was engaged and responsive thru the entire process. Then the install team, and in particular Kevin, was amazing. He communicated with us and explained all the choices we had to make. When we were stumped on how to handle our uneven property, the owner Chris came out and consulted with us on the best way to move forward. We would highly recommend Fence Solutions for any fence project you have. They were great!
