We contacted Americana needing our building’s rusty gate, fence, railing and steps ground and re-painted with finals installed after disappointing work during the building’s construction.

Every person we worked with was professional and provided great customer service. Mike was prompt for our consultation and was incredibly knowledgeable. Jessica went above and beyond to answer our questions, manage logistics and maintain timely communication throughout the project.

With a bit of luck with the weather and some much-appreciated flexibility, Americana was able to complete the project ahead of schedule with impeccable workmanship at a fair price. The team did an amazing job replacing our rusty, old metal door in the back staircase (3-flat building). Having a door that locks makes us feel safe and secure in the neighborhood. The team also worked under minimal supervision, so we were able to go about our day without having to be present the entire time while they did their thing. The door looks great and we're so thankful!
