O&L General Contractors did an excellent job remodeling an attic apartment. The quality of work was excellent. The owner is trustworthy, honest and reliable. Great customer service! I totally recommend this company.

Overall

Oscar provides great work and at reasonable pricing. Oscar is responsive and when something inevitably comes up he lets you know and proposes solutions. He and his team work quickly and efficiently and worked with us on a design that suited our home. He does HVAC, electrical, plumbing, everything you might need. We couldn't be happier with his work and service. Highly recommend O&L for any work you may consider.

Oscar and his team did a phenomenal job on our complete kitchen, bath and bedroom remodel in December 2022. The quality of their work was incredible. Oscar is a true professional, kind, and truly cares that the project is done right. His team was careful to make sure every small detail was exactly how we wanted it. They were very skilled, dependable, showed up every day on schedule and he communicated constantly with us about the project. We would highly recommend him and will absolutely work with him again in the future.

Wow, wow, wow. Oscar helped my Comedy Club establish a new kitchen and utility room to comply with liquor license and food license codes. This was an amazing experience with Oscar and his contractors. I had one of the worst experiences over the past 6 years in trying to find a general contractor just willing to do the work for me, let alone at the price, and legally. This last time around I went through 12. He was the 13th. I called and he was here within 2 hours. He wanted to be the first to offer a quote. He looked at the place and had his plumber and electrician to see it within days. He even connected me with an architect as I was not having a productive experience with the architect I was using. Together they worked seamlessly to complete the plans. He met a budget that others were trying to charge 3 times as much for. Everyone took care of the property like it was their own. Oscar also has a great eye for interior decorating, making suggestions that would cosmetically look better that one would not initially think of. He was preemptive in installing some items he knew I would need (and I did!). He was patient with me as I made my own adjustments and was adamant on doing everything legally and under the proper codes (This was a WELCOME feeling to many previous contractors I had that were suggesting dubious work arounds. One contractor, when approached by the city inspector regarding the permits he told me he had, literally got in his car, left his tools, and took off.). I immediately put him to work on my residential property to replace the roof and redo the walls. I highly recommend this crew.
