Blue Point Adjusting Company, adjusted our Chicago hail damage claim quickly and in a very professional manner. They also have an associated roofing company to replace the roof and gutters. Now that the claim has been settled I expect the roofing work will be completed just as promptly and professionally as they claim work. I will update this post. I am a retired insurance defense attorney from Chicago where I founded my company 25 years ago.

Blue Point Adjusters is a very crooked business! Don't believe a word they tell you. Took way more money than they said and waited for my final check 2 1/2 months to come after I, not them, called to find out what was taking so long and nothing was ever submitted by them to the insurance. Didn't look out for me but for themselves. Would NOT recommend them to anyone! Beware of Maggie fast talker. 12/14/2022

Blue point assisted me in filing my insurance claim on my home after a destructive storm came through the area. David made the process easy. He explained the entire claim process and was there every step of the way. David handled my claim in a very professional manner. I highly recommend Blue Point.
