From top to bottom Midwest Windows Direct made this process easy and enjoyable. The salesman Chris was communicative, informed, and just plain likable! The production time was reasonable and once the patio doors were fabricated, they were installed within a short amount of time. The two laborers who installed them were impeccably organized, efficient, and left my home looking and feeling better than ever! They were also very tidy and left not a single speck of dust behind. This Company should be called the Honest Window And Door Company because what you order is what you will receive plus so much more. These high end windows are not only beautiful, and durable they are also very affordable. I researched many window companies and chose Midwest when I saw them installing my neighbors windows. The crew was very professional focused and meticulous. They did an amazing job replacing about 20 old windows in just one day and they did the same for me. My experience with Midwest Windows has been amazing. First, I received 3 quotes and Midwest Windows was the most affordable and the offered 0% financing for 18 months. (Of course it depends on your credit). Second, the sales person was knowledgeable and direct. Out of all the companies that came to my home he was there the least amount of time. Third, I ordered 16 windows and a door from MW Windows and they had them in a month. It only took the installers 8 hours to complete the job. I am very pleased with the work that was done and that the salesman suggested getting a door instead of a window. I’m that I happy went with MidWest Windows.

I found the company with a google search. We were looking to replace our Anderson french doors but wanted a pet door built in. We searched but did not find many companies that offered this option, until we called Midwest Windows Direct. Steve Cotton came out and was very professional and friendly. He went over our options and they offered multiple pet door size options! They also offered financing and we placed the order. Midwest customer service was amazing, from Steve to the office staff. They kept us updated throughout the process. Our doors were installed within the time frame advised at time of purchase. They look great and are built to last. We will definitely contact Midwest again for our future window and entry door replacements.
