Glad to have had someone recommend Dan and his team to me. Never knew there was a way to get satisfaction from an insurance company, but with the Gateway team there is. Dan Long and his team are the BEST. After a devastating house fire, me being hospitalized 2 mos later and then the lose of my husband the next month, I was in no shape to deal with the insurance company or anybody else. A friend recommended Dan to me and she said "Dan and his team will get it done." Dan stepped in and I was told to get well soon while they went to work. I thank GOD for Dan and his team. You can trust and believe that they care and they will get the job done.
I will always be grateful to Dan Long and the Gateway Adjusters, Inc.

I had hail damage over a year ago. My roof has leaked since the damage, with water spots in numerous locations after the hail. I had Allstate out on 4 different times to access the damage. Each time they came out they stated no damage. After more than 9 months with continued leaking they agreed to half a roof. My neighbor used Gateway Adjusters and had good luck. I called Dan and within 3 months I had a new roof and siding. I highly recommend Gateway Adjusters and will always use them whenever dealing with insurance issues. Sincerely Mark Ferguson

Dan is my go-to guy for any Insurance claim on any rental property or personal property! He's wonderful to work with, super responsive and I always get a lot more money back than what the insurance company is offering! I recommend him to anybody who has an insurance claim.

Dan and his team artived quickly after our call to his team who were recommended by a friend. They were there guiding us all in what to do and not to do after a very emotional family house fire. Is the process easy? No. Is it free? No. Does working alongside the team require work, time, and emotional energy? Yes. Did things get even more complicated due to the Covid pandemic? Yes. But was it worth it? Yes. Thankful for Gateway's guidance in my mom and stepdad's fire and always recommend their services to others.
