Four Seasons has once again done an excellent job. They are a reliable and professional company to work with. In the past, they have successfully installed our metal roof, windows, and gutters. Recently, they installed new siding for us, and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. The crew was fantastic - friendly, hardworking, and just an overall great team. Thank you, Four Seasons, for another job well done.

This is a great company to do business with. Currently having gutter, downspouts, etc, replaced due to hail. Previously they did my roof and siding replacement.
Consistent high-quality work and employees.
Recommend you give Jeff Harper a call for an estimate.
Happy Customer ?

Mike and his crew recently revamped our deck with Timber Tech composite and new aluminum railings. Despite weather issues, they did a great job, and it looks amazing!

**update 1/15/24**
Super prompt response this morning! They came to the house and, well, I'm part of the problem by not monitoring humidity in the house! The other part is that the wrong caulk was used on front windows and missing caulk on one window in the basement. The frost on the test of the windows is from too much humidity in my house. I've since updated my ecobee thermostat to notify me when the humidity is higher than 25% and lower than 10%. I didn't update the settings from summer and it was warning me when the humidity was below 35%. It's too cold to redo the caulk now, but we are scheduled to take care of it next Wednesday when the temp will be warm enough. I do feel like I'm being taken seriously and an grateful for the honesty and the prompt service. I've updated the rating to account for the genuine honesty, being taken seriously, the customer service and willingness to make this right. Thank you

It's Sunday and -10 outside. I have not called the office, but intend to Monday morning. Here are my windows. Frost on the inside of nearly every brand new window. Couldn't be more frustrated and disappointed. Pictures posted
*Original review 10/2023* Had all windows (15) replaced in house and had siding installed on sunroom. While the installers were nice, polite, and cleaned up after themselves, nearly all of the windows on the main and 2nd floor are bowed causing the screens not to be flush leaving gaps for insects to get in. I had carpenter ants in one wall from water damage of old window. I paid $750 extra for them to replace the rotting wood and there are huge gaps between the wall and the moulding now. The siding.... they didn't measure correctly and two pieces have very noticable gaps. The corners look awful because they measured wrong and instead of doing it right, they put the channels on the outside of the corner to hide the gap. The channel should have been tucked into the corner since the corner is white and the siding is beige. And, they damaged the original siding on my house. The fix looks terrible but my siding has been discontinued so they had to make do with the little pieces of extra channel we found in the attic of the garage. Oh, and I also had a 20ft piece of gutter replaced on sunroom. Paid $200 extra for it to have a gutter guard on it. No gutter guard on it. It was the hottest week of the summer when they installed. Took 5 days. They left on 8/26. Today is 10/5. Nothing has been fixed. I'm terribly disappointed and wouldn't recommend Four Seasons for windows or siding.
They are supposed to come 10/13 to make things right.
**Update** They didn't come back when promised but at least called to let me know. I think it was raining?? Then there was an additional delay because someone quit. When they finally came to fix the issues (nearly 2 months later),the foreman sincerely apologized for not walking through after the initial installation to make sure things were done right. I really appreciate the acknowledgement that the work wasn't done right the first time and I want just being too picky. Turns out the bowing was due to too much insulation. Once some was removed, the screens laid flushed. Still not happy with how the picture window new wood trim was done considering the extra cost but I'm paying someone else to fix it because the wrong size wood was used for the replacement sill. After waiting almost 2 months after install for the fixes I wouldn't recommend using this company. Super disappointed in the original installation and even more disappointed in how long it took for them to fix.
