Found water in my laundry room. The source being our furnace leaking. Contacted Accurate after 6pm. They responded within a few minutes. Had a technician at our house the next day. Unit was fixed all before 5pm! Thanks for the quick and friendly service!

Service was very quick, but very pricy! The cost for a blower motor was $1,000, which costs $330 to buy locally and $150 on Amazon. Service call alone was $260.

Accurate Heating and Cooling has been excellent to work with. They have gone above and beyond for my business needs. I have had emergency issues with my AC and refrigeration systems. Accurate was there within the hour everytime I called for help, and it was numerous times. Plus, as it never fails, my needs were mostly on the weekends. But they were still there right away! They performed multiple repairs and installed new systems for me when needed. I can't say enough good things about Brandon at Accurate and his team of professionals! I highly recommend 100%!!!

Accurate reached out to me after I put in an emergency maintenance request to my property manager, and John was quick to call and check in on our situation! Our heat wasn’t running and with the temperature being in the negatives outside it was getting cold in the house really fast. John explained over the phone what it sounded like the issue was, and instructed us to check out our furnace filter. It definitely needed replaced, so we ran out to get a new one and John regularly checked in with us to make sure everything was going okay and offered multiple times to come out to us if we felt like we needed him to! Our heats running perfectly fine now and he let us know to not hesitate to call him if we need any additional help. 10/10 will go back to him if we have any future issues!
