Kelly provided us with an excellent design and followed through as general manager of the project, always communicating clearly and promptly. Once scheduled, she made sure that the timeline for each phase of the project was carried out with no real delays. Her team—plumber, electrician, carpenter, tilers, and painters—were all top notch pros.

Kelly and her whole team were absolutely amazing to work with. From the design phase all the way through construction, everything was perfect. They were super helpful to my wife and I who don’t usually have the best design knowledge. They found creative ways to work with existing features of our bathroom that we wanted to keep while incorporating many new elements. The workers were so helpful and absolute professionals. They did a great job of isolating the space to minimize construction dust and left our house in pristine cleanliness everyday. They were especially respectful of our family requests and needs during Covid-19. We are super happy with quality of all the materials uses, especially the craftsmanship of the cabinets. The amount of storage we now have is so great. We could not be happier with the final results and our only regret is we didn’t do the project sooner. We were so happy with results, we have already used KBU for another project, albeit smaller.

Approximately 20 years ago we had our kitchen totally remodeled by Kitchens & Baths Unlimited. When we needed to convert our master bath to a shower we looked at various companies and then realized that we had used K&B Unlimited sometime back and had a great experience with them. Over 20 years later all the lighting and cabinetry looked like it had been remodeled yesterday. Companies come and go but they were still going strong so we decided to go with them.
We met Kelly Thayer and found ourselves a perfect person to advise, and guide us through the choices and work to follow. She has been most responsive throughout the process and always helped us make the right decisions. On occasion, we decided on things that did not look like they were what we needed to do but Kelly was ahead of us and had already provided for what turned out to be the best way to go. Her help was so useful that we ended up redoing the master bathroom and dressing room and much of our other bathrooms as well. Remodeling is never fun but the efficiency and professionalism of the team was wonderful. The timing was as Kelly had detailed to us prior to beginning work and continued on schedule throughout the project. What was above and beyond in addition was how clean the areas were at the end of each day, the timeliness of the workers, and the professional way they worked.
To conclude it is important to note that Kelly has followed up on all the little details that need any completion and has provided us with wonderful new baths and showers.

Excellent consultation, design, advice on choices and great installation....oh yes and the followup to ensure we had every shelf, drawer, pull-out exactly the way we wanted it was amazing. Kelly Thayer and her team worked with the manufacturer to ensure we got the best cabinets for our money. The early morning calls to Kelly as she was on her way to work with questions often ended with Kelly stopping by the house to make sure we were communicating effectively. I can't say enough about the great personalized service she provided.
