Chris was a very nice person, easy talk to. He was very knowledgeable, diagnosed the issue with my AC quickly and was able to explain the issues so they easily understood. He was able to give some affordable options. I highly recommend On The Mark and Chris for your AC and Furnace needs!
I had a retired friend of the family who had been working on furnace and AC systems for 20 years come to my house the next day before going a head with going forward with any work on my AC. He checked out the AC and he confirmed that Chris's diagnostic was correct, and the price quoted to fix the issue, my friend could not beat the price! We’ve had the pleasure of working with several members of this team. We first worked with Cesar for a repair to our 30-year-old AC. He was knowledgeable, friendly and got our AC up & running. He confirmed what we already knew — that our unit was quite old and not working very efficiently. A week later, our AC went out with another totally different issue (not at all the fault of this team). This time, Chris came to help us out. He identified the new issue, clearly explained to us what was wrong (and why) and got our air running again. At this time, we decided this was likely the start of a domino effect and it was time for a new system. He got us scheduled with Mark, who came out to quote us and patiently endured two hours of mundane questions as we scrutinized this decision. He was very understanding and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. Yesterday, Jack and Carlos installed our new system. It was several hours of hard work in a hot, humid house but they maintained friendly demeanors. After a long day, Jack took a bit more time to explain every filter and its lifespan, indicator lights, etc. in addition to our new thermostat and humidifier. The past 24 hours have been the most comfortable temperature/climate we have ever experienced living in our house. Mark was right when he said we would not regret our decision. It’s no surprise this team has endless five star reviews. Customer service and quality work are clearly of the highest value. We will surely be recommending them at any opportunity.

We are in the On the Mark membership program. They called us the other week to schedule a tune-up. I was about to call back, then our AC broke yesterday. I was able to text them and get someone to come out today! Omar fixed it before it got too hot inside and did a great job. He was super nice, friendly & efficient. He was able to do the tune-up as well. I love that they are a small family business and can be trusted.

We had a great experience with On The Mark Heating and Air! Chris came out to do a yearly check of our air conditioner. He found a few issues with how our air conditioner was installed by a previous HVAC company a few years ago. He explained very thoroughly what the issues were and what was needed to fix them. He made sure I understood and was comfortable with the repairs needed before proceeding. Chris was very knowledgeable, respectful, professional and polite.
