This project consisted of demoing an existing wood deck and installing both a new Trex deck and a 15.5' x 30' cathedral-ceiling screen room with Sunspace screens/windows. The project included obtaining the permit, installation of piers & posts, carpentry, roofing & gutters/downspouts, electric (power and lighting), and staining.

We could not be more pleased with the entire process and outcome. Rock Solid Builders (RSB) were very accommodating to the ideas and changes we put forth both before and during the build. RSB owners (Butch and Anna), office staff (Gail and Laura), and construction personnel (Rob, Jason, and crew) are all highly skilled and work very well individually and as an overall team. All involved were highly communicative, responsive, and on-task for the duration of the project - including follow-up after completion. The worksite was always well organized and tidy at the end of each day.

We liked everything so much we are having them do another build for us this summer.

If you are considering a build, do not hesitate to reach out to RSB for the best experience, outcome, and value you could hope for. Expectations were far exceeded for us, and I would expect will be for you too!

We selected RSB after getting quotes from multiple builders. After doing additional research on different deck materials we selected Trex brand. RSB is a recommended Trex contractor. The RSB team assisted with the design and material selection for the two decks. They communicated before, during, and after the build. Josh and his build team were courteous, on time, and left the site clean every day. Their experience and quality shows in the finished product. We highly recommend them.

We love our new deck! Rob, Jason and crew did a fabulous job! We had such a great experience with RSB. Their communication and project management was fantastic! Gail and Laura outlined the whole process for us. The crew showed up on time every day and completed the project in a week. The team at RSB is better than any contractor we’ve ever worked with. I would highly recommend them! We got an upper and lower deck using Timber Tech in Tigerwood with Dark Roast trim and black aluminum railing.

We recently used RSB for two projects. One was a complete deck tear down and rebuild, and the other was "do it right" repairs to another deck that a "bargain " contractor we hired had performed.
RSB was easy to talk to as they answered all of our questions promptly and without the nervous tension you can experience with other contractors. And concerns about the decks were handled immediately by their carpenters and with a pleasant attitude.
After the bargain contractor fiasco, we spent some time getting numerous quotes abd RSB came in with the best price to quality ratio
We couldn't be any more pleased with BRS abd would recommend them to everyone.
