Overall

Amazing company to work with. They reviewed the estimate my insurance adjuster provided after a hail storm and found numerous missing items. They were honest and responsive throughout the entire process. They even helped me to upgrade my gutters to 6”!

Overall

Jeff was great at handling the insurance, and very responsive to questions. Dave and his team on the day of the replacement were quick, professional and answered questions that I had while they were in the process of replacing the roof. The team was very respectful and efficient. Would highly recommend them to anyone (like us) who live in Northern Illinois and whose roof is taking a battering from the high winds and storms we see during the year.
Thanks again guys! Was easy and pleasurable working with you and your team on the roof replacement in Hebron!

I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with the whole Gen Ex experience and crew. I contacted Gen Ex for an estimate to re-side my house. Greg came out and walked me through the whole process and how things were going to be done. He kept reassuring me that i was going to be happy with the final product. I am a bit particular in the way things are done and not easy to impress. Within a couple days we received a proposal, a very quick turnaround. We took a good few weeks to decide and during that time we were never pressured to sign the proposal. Once we finally decided, Greg was able to get us on the schedule with the crew as promised. I was still a little apprehensive, because I am so particular, but once meeting Alfred and his crew my mind was at ease and I knew I was in good hands. If there were any questions during the job from myself or the crew, we would talk it through, so things were done to my liking. Upon completion of the job, I was very pleased with the final product. I would and have recommended Gen Ex (Greg, Alfred and crew) to many people.

In and out in 1 day as promised! Minimal stress on the dogs with having the work done in such a short time!

Realtor got a quote from them for the purchase of our home. Not only did they stand by their word to maintain the price (quote provide in Dec, Job done in April) but they also provided us a 5% military discount!

Both owners Paul and David and the office manager Susan are so very pleasant and made this whole process easier than we ever thought possible.

So incredibly happy with our new roof! House looks great!
