Sean and World of Doors is the place to go to if you need your garage door repaired or replaced. We knew our original door was wearing out and needed to be replaced, but when it completely broke one evening, Sean was there within an hour to temporarily return it to service until we could research replacements. He was a lifesaver that evening.

A week later we set up an appointment with Sean to have the door replaced. Troy came out to replace the door, the track, and the opener. Troy did a fantastic job. He completed the job with accuracy and timeliness. He also helped us set up our new opener. We couldn't be happier with the finished job. Thanks Sean and Troy!

These guys have 5 stars only for a reason. They were my first and only call when we ran into a problem with our old garage doors, from the first call to the completion of the job, I was continually impressed with how effectively Sean communicated, and the results speak for themselves. I'll share some more details...

January 4th around noon my wife accidentally backed her car into the main garage door while it was on its way up. Whoops! I searched in our area, and found this highly rated outfit just down the road. I was on the phone with Sean within a few minutes, a couple hours later he was at our house, with a personalized packet of brochures and financing info for new doors. He and his partner were able to bend and bolt the broken door so we could at least close it. I was very grateful for his quick work on the same day of our incident.

Sean immediately started sending mock ups of potential new door designs we could go with. He explained in detail the various cost differences, insulation types, window types, etc. After requesting multiple mock ups, I eventually asked him for the software to play around with ourselves, as we just couldn't decide. Eventually we had settled on a design, but Sean astutely pointed out that the Dutch corners on our garage would likely interfere with the seal around the windows. We were again grateful for that insight as our main priority was a well insulated garage. We finally picked our design and submitted the order.

In the meantime, knowing that the door manufacturer (Clopay) was running several weeks out on new orders. Sean and his partner came back to the house and roughed in some structural support for our existing broken doors so that they would operate temporarily. Given this happened in the middle of winter, we were again super grateful to be able to use our garage and keep our cars inside while we awaited the doors.

Prior to the new doors arriving, we also had World of Doors replace our exterior rotting trim boards. They removed the old ones, carefully removed old caulking, and replaced them with white wood grained PVC boards. They look so much better, and will last so much longer.

Install day came and the single car garage was finished in a day. The next day the double doors went in. We ran into a few small hiccups. One of the panels had a minor dent in it. Sean caught it and immediately submitted a warranty claim to have it swapped out. We also ran into a very small overlap of the door seal and the window as a result of the Dutch corners (only on the double door side). Knowing this was our highest priority, Sean and his team went above and beyond to add extra interior weathering strips to ensure a perfect seal. I was very impressed with the results, there is no draft whatsoever coming through our garage doors.

I forgot to mention, World of Doors also utilizes the best technology for managing documentation, contracts, payment processing, customer communication, appointment setting, etc. You can also call/text Sean at any time and he's always responsive. This is a sophisticated group of young guys that operate an extremely efficient and professional operation. I can not recommend them enough.

Amazing and fast service!! I had 4 bids for my garage door. Sean was the only one that took time to explain the difference in measurements in my garage door. Three days later Troy came and quickly and neatly replaced the door and took everything from the broken one away with him. Highly recommend World of Doors!

Also love the fact that they not only text you when they are headed your way but they also send picture of the person coming so you know who you are working with!

Absolutely love our new garage door. Sean from world of doors was outstanding from start to finish of this project. I wanted something that was unique from the cookie cutter white doors in our neighborhood . He sent me numerous pictures and specifications of different ones with his recommendations. My wife and I chose a very beautiful door. (As seen in picture). Troy installed the door perfectly and was a great person to work with. I highly recommend world of doors for you next project.
