Great experience. From estimate to cleanup. Rafael and his team were professional, courteous, and timely. They showed up early each day and ready to work. They delivered a great product and couldn't be happier with my freshly painted 2br 2ba condo. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful work done by the team at Lilian Touch! Our 100 year old house had stucco crumbling and paint trim peeling. It looked like the acne-scarred face of a teenager and needed some professional help. In the end, it looked stunning. We were very pleased with the work. After getting bids from multiple sources, and comparing the range of prices, we selected Lilian Touch. Rafael was responsive and his team ready to go. Communication from start to finish was excellent with expectations understood by both sides, the key to any good contractor experience. With rain delays adjusting start dates, the crew was flexible but consistent in showing up when weather was good. Something I feared (like with any contractor) was getting the job started but not finished, that was never a worry as Rafael was onsite with his crew and the work was pristine, clean, and thorough. I am happy to recommend Lilian Touch Restoration.

Hired Lilian Touch Restoration for an interior and exterior paint job. We canceled other painters, that were a third lower in cost, because of the promise of restoration (scraping, sanding, and removing of old paint), in addition to painting. From my experience, they are far from a restoration company. Sloppy in some parts, and the attention to detail just isn’t there. There were a few times during the project that my husband had to point out issues. This last time, we were told by Rafael, owner maybe, that they would come out and do touch up work, one year guarantee, however no one showed up, and no one called to reschedule. Doors, windows, and our mailbox were all painted shut. Baseboard were simply painted over, not restored. Drops of paint on the floors. Overall, would not recommend to restore anything.
