I'd give denny Murphy zero stars if icould. He put my life in danger he didn't do much but take photos. He claims he ran the water for 2 hrs. If he has he'd have found a clog. My contractor for 20 feet of solid chicken grease if he fulfilled his job he would have known that due to back ups. The more serious issue was a major gas leak. Every pipe innthe basement had lesks. There were venting issues which my realtor said not much you can do about that. The gas leak had me without heat then on top off that the 3rd time I flushed the toilet the plumbing in the basement ereupted. Even to this day the cracks in pipes are visible. He didn't look at anything. Walked in and took pics and collected his money. This is not slander or libel but absolute facts.
6 days later im in a hotel. Denny was rude on the phone. He never communicates. I had called and emailed before I purchased and no response. I have a great attorney who actually knows of this guy's negligence.
This guy can cost people their lives. He takes pictures and uses his limited knowledge. I've been advised to file a complaint with BBB. I'll be participating in a news segment about this negligence. After buying i have be spent over 10k in repairs he didn't find which could be easily identifiable. 9 constructors were flabbergasted that I had an inspection and called this criminsl. He probably took 20 mins to take photos thrn left and collected his fee. I've asked for a refund. He never replies. So im taking this to the full extent. I am a fighter and never give up. I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of by him. This will be exposed in the news do keep an eye out. All i said was please give me my 600sh as refund. But now pj star is involved and my atty agrees he's heard Dennys name almost monthly for negligence. Plesse don't use this company as an inspector unless you have plenty of money for surprises.
