Timely, professional and efficient! Online scheduling feature was easy to use for this mom of three loud littles. Incredibly grateful that I didn't have to deal with this mouse nest in my AC. Doug I. even went above and beyond clearing this out and fixing the wiring to close up the mouse holes and check my vent filter. Back up and running before things get too hot!

I received a prompt call back for the company to schedule a visit for diagnosis of our air conditioning unit. This was a second opinion as the first diagnosis I received was to replace our unit. However Doug came and took his time and informed my husband and I there was no need to replace the unit at this time. He fixed our air conditioning for a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. I now have established trust with this company and will continue service with them.

I have been having issues with my furnace for a while and had it serviced by another company in December. When it began to have problems again in February, I called Griffin. Josh was attentive and took his time while evaluating the furnace and helped identify some of the bigger issues going on. Very reasonably priced and I plan to have this company come back to be able to complete a bigger project with the furnace. Thank you for being available on such a short notice and providing excellent service!
