This is the guy you want for garage door service. My opener was giving me issues, so I looked online to try and find someone local. After reading a few reviews, it seemed like Brian did good work. I sent him a message and he was over the next day to evaluate the situation. He thoroughly tested everything out and discovered I needed a new opener. He quickly got me on the books, came out the following Monday and had the new system installed and running in no time. Excellent communication and customer service. Highly recommend.

Brian is the best I’ve worked with. Initially called him to replace my garage door spring. Within the hour of the call he was at my house swapping the spring. I was so impressed with his quality and proficiency that we had him change our over head opener to lift masters jack shaft opener and did a high lift conversion on my single day. Pricing was extremely fair and quality is top tier. There is a reason his reviews are flawless.

Look no further for a garage door company, you've found the best already! I called B & B Garage Door during a heavy snow storm because my garage door springs broke and the door would not open. Brian answered my call right away and was able to work me into his schedule the SAME DAY! He showed up right on-time and was extremely prompt. Upon arriving he was extremely respectful, polite and obviously an experienced professional. He performed the repair in no time flat. His pricing was upfront and very fair with no add-on sales. Best in town! Fast, professional, and honest. So my springs broke and I called around most shops were telling me it’s $100 to come out then they would give me a official quote but that I could be looking around $600+. Plus I have to wait anywhere between 3-6hrs for tech to come out. I called B&B to get a price and was provided the most fair price around and gave me a time which was about 1hr out. He called me shortly after to inform me he wrapped up his previous appointment and can head my way. Was very impressed with the service and above all honesty as he knew his business well. Will be looking to get a new door as the one I have now is original in the near future.

All started with a call and talked with Angela. She had asked the measurement I came up with, but was unsure. Brian then was called he was working in the area and said he can stop by. He then measured and left a catalog. I had put together a door package on Home Depot website and shared all details with Angela. My wife and I decided on color and Angela took it from there.

I have to admit just like other purchases I have made the wait was a lot longer than expected, but seeing the finished product made it well worth it. The wait had nothing to do with B and B but how the world has changed.

All in all I wouldn’t change a thing. Angela kept in contact and up to date with the arrival of my doors! Can’t ask for anything more!
