I wasn’t going to leave a review, but recently saw the siding they replaced and it is all messed up. Overall this was a terrible experience and a company we would not recommend working with. After multiple calls and emails about the scope of the project the owner raised the priced by almost 10,000 after they started the project. It was obvious that they hadn’t listened to anything we said. We even sent a picture and a scale drawing, as well as clarifying points to make sure we were going to get exactly what we wanted. We ended up having to settle for less. We also had to change materials after the fact because they hadn’t considered the style…even though they had come out to pick materials early on none of it worked.

During the project quality wasn’t a priority. They had to tear the new deck off twice due to defects and poor craftsmanship. What was most frustrating is that they never caught any of it themselves. Even when their builder scratched the entire surface we were the ones who had to call and say something. There were also glue spots all over the railings because everything was a rush.

Overall the final deck was nice, but it cost 10k more and took over 2 months. They said it would be two weeks, and they never communicated about delays or when they would be here to work….

They threw out all the scrap siding and had to replace it, and they never cut it to fit, so it sticks out about an inch. They also never cleaned up, so there are metal screws and scrap all over our yard — not a good situation for pets or kids.

Further, they told us one set of payment terms and then changed them. At one point the owner emailed and said they needed money for other projects and asked us to pay in full. We declined and asked them to finish the project. We finally gave up and just paid the final bill. They say 100% satisfied but that is a joke.
