Originally I was promised an appointment and now show it call. I left a voicemail how disappointed I was. A day later Jack called and apologized. I agreed to try again to use his services. I was not disappointed. I'm glad I gave him a second chance.

Since moving into our Chicago home last winter, Jack and his crew have completed several jobs for my wife and I. Several enhancements and corrections of existing shoddy work that had been performed before we bought the house. His work is excellent and he's extremely reliable, friendly, conscientious, and his prices are as reasonable as they come. We couldn't ask for more and wouldn't think to hire another electrician. Jack and his crew did a great job installing our light fixtures, ceiling fan, and dimmers. He was very flexible with scheduling and let us know promptly when a previous job was running long so we could reschedule. He was also able to find a dimmer that worked properly with a tricky light fixture that we had. We would definitely hire them again for other electrical work.

I was a bit nervous starting this project but Jack assured me he could get the job done. Jack and his crew arrived early, on-time, as stated to immediately begin the work. Jack and his crew were very attentive to my requests and communicated clearly throughout the entire project. They were also very professional, courteous, and informative. His crew sectioned off their workspace very well to minimize dust throughout the home; floor was also protected with drop cloths. They taped my design plan on the ceiling so I could visualize the layout prior to cutting and installation. There were some minor imperfections where the cans were installed, but that was completely expected due to the size of cans and the type of ceiling in my unit (lath and plaster with metal mesh). All lights and ceiling fan were thoroughly tested after the work was done. His crew also ensured all debris / garbage were removed prior to leaving - I was quite pleased with the cleanup after the installtion. Overall, the project went very smooth and I could not be happier with the installation and the service provided by Blazer. The addition of these lights have dramatically brighten up my living space. I highly recommend Blazer Electric and look forward to future projects with them!
