My house has never been cleaner. The woman who was here was very thorough. She worked through the whole time she was here and did a fantastic job.If possible I would definitely have Shelbie as my professional housekeeper thanks young lady excellent job

Hired this company to deep clean my home I had just purchased back in 2021. The company was recommended by a friend. Unfortunately, either the company or the specific tech just didn't have a lot of attention to detail and I was disappointed at the job done for the price I paid. There were some issues they missed, so Golden Rule sent a tech out again after I brought the problems to their attention. The cleaner showed up with a comet sponge and nothing else. The issues were ultimately never fixed and I didn't bother having the company send someone a third time. I thought there may have also been damage to ceramic tile on the shower walls in one of the bathrooms caused by something their cleaner used or did, but I wasn't 100% sure that they were at fault to pursue anything further.I did send photos of the walls and problem areas. They sent a $50 off coupon as a consolation, but I decided not to use their services again and went with a different company that seems better equipped to meet my needs for routine cleaning services. 3 stars for effort.

I called Golden Rule at the last minute to have my house cleaned before my husband was released from the hospital. She sent Luciana out to do the job I requested. She did an amazing job. She is an

I LOVE LOVE Sarah! The last to leave. She went through the house, checked & rechecked everything. One was very interested in being a director more than a worker & Sarah did not need direction. Can not remember the other lady's name, but she was not here long. House looks really good! Only suggestion is have a plan so there's less confusion.
