Bash and Pepper Roofing stands by their work. About a year after we bought our house, we had a small leak in the bathroom. Turned about to be a roof leak. Seeing that the roof had been entirely redone in 2021, we called Bash and Pepper to ask if they would consider doing the repair at a free or reduced rate (figuring maybe we could catch a discount). Not only did Bash and Pepper fix our roof for free three years after install, they did so quickly and courteously. They also informed us that the damage was due to a recent storm, not any fault of their install, and still fixed it at no charge. If that isn't five star customer service, I don't know what is!

Bash-Pepper left a lot of debris around when they put a new roof on my house, but otherwise, the roof is fine. The problem is the customer service and communication. After they sent me a proposal, I asked some questions about it, but didn't hear back for weeks. Months later, they finally came and replaced the roof. I asked them for a receipt, which my homeowners' insurance company requires before they will renew my policy. Absolute radio silence. They haven't responded to a single one of my e-mails. When I call on the phone, I always reach a call center. The staff there are perfectly nice, and have taken multiple messages, but the actual office at Bash-Pepper has never called me back. I even stopped by their office mid-morning on a Thursday, and nobody was at the office. I hope nothing goes wrong with the roof, because I doubt I'd ever be able to get ahold of them for repairs.

I had some shingles missing that came of due to wind storms, rain, old roof. Ken came out and provided estimates to the roof. It was a struggle with my insurance company. Finally my roof is done. I had several roofers to estimate the roof, but I was just not satisfied. I decided upon Bash Roofers, the contractors came out early morning, they took their breaks, and lunch and completed the job in one day.. Excellent work, clean up was great.. Cord and his team provided excellent service. Ken is retired but because of his support and approach to my needs of having my roof done, I chose Bash Pepper. Ms. Kia office worker provided awesome office assistance. Thank you, Bash Pepper. I love my new completed roof.

I wanted an estimate for replacement of a skylight and to check out a vent that was leaking. Cord showed up at my door. I told him my concerns and to my surprise Cord said he would grab some chalking and go look. He chalked and fixed my leak. Gave me estimate for skylight and left, no charge.
