Scott and Vicki (in-house design) quickly provided a vision of what our patio could look like after adding a vaulted cover and grill island. The finished product blew us away. Keith was the project manager and a pleasure to work with. It was surprising how many sub-contractors were involved and he kept everything moving forward. Although Heinold has multiple projects going at once, including new home builds, Scott and Keith always made us feel like ours was a priority. The subs were all very nice, efficient, and treated our project like it was their own. A special shoutout to Pete and Carl for building the patio cover structure and grill island frame. Pete is an extremely skilled craftsman with a great attention to detail. We look forward to working with them on future home renovations.

Heinhold has done our bathroom and kitchen. Work on both jobs was fantastic!! They provided excellent communication each day regarding the schedule. All workers treated our home like their home. Everything was completed with great detail and quality! Highly recommend! We will be using for our next project!

The crew from Heinold were absolutely amazing! They built this patio around our existing fish pond with no damage to the spring flowers. The workers attention to detail during construction was impressive.
Heinold transformed our old stone patio into a stunning backyard oasis!
We are so happy we listened to Scott’s suggestion to add the patio cover!

Working with the Heinold Homes & Renovations team has been a wonderful experience. Scott & Keith quickly responded to our inquiry about adding a screen deck to our barn. Keith arrived and walked through listening to all of our needs and requests for the project. We received a response and estimate in a very timely manner and you could clearly tell they listened. They also provided additional ideas and suggestions to make the addition look as if it had always been there. The guys onsite doing the build were amazing to work with. They showed a great deal of care and concern to the quality and the outcome of our project. In these times it has become difficult to find contractors and people who still provide quality and service to their customers. These guys really value you as a customer. Heinold homes was wonderful to work with! Scott and Keith were so easy to talk to and found ways to get us a deck with in our budget. The quality of work was excellent. Never had an issue and they were always on time to the job site. The deck went up fairly quickly despite it raining a lot during the process. Charlie was very knowledgeable of how to build the deck to our liking and for a future project of possibly adding a roof in the future. He even stayed late to get our project back on track due to the rain. Would highly recommend them for future projects and look forward to working with them again on our household updates.
